Tata Steel Manager interview questions

It was an awesome experience. Focused on family values, my background and childhood. I got a summer internship offer. In jamshedpur I converted a pre placement offer after working there for 2 months. The people there are very helpful, and my mentor was excellent. Even though he was busy, he still helped me a lot. The managers that he assigned me to were awesome as well.

Written Test and then interview. Both were easy. Mostly questions were to determine how long person would be willing to stay at Tata Steel. Some questions were about area of work. The panel was both technical and non technical people. Salary offered was non negotiable. They were confused about location etc. After being selected it took 3 months to get offer letter.
