The company came to campus for recruitment process. There was online test on quantative aptitude, analytical skills and core concepts. It short-listed few students from Electrical, Mechanical and Industrial engineering.
Then, Group Discussion, where students were shortlisted based on interpersonal and social skills with team work attitude.
In Technical and HR Interview which lasted for 5-6 hours in second day of placement season, they completely scrutinized the strong candidates for the positions. The Online test was very easy but technical interview was really strong in basic concept and past experiences.
