Interview
It was actually a PPO offer so the process set off in the penultimate year itself. The Interview panel composed of both HR and Technical Members. The objective of the interview was to expect from the candidate a sense of perseverance as well as sound academic bakground.

Why you want to join Tata Steel as you have done so many things up till now but chronic innovation is not the order of life there?
It was very difficult interview the process began directly after asking my name interviewer was not at all interested in my cv and didn't even asked my introduction for the same he was very rude throughout the process and at last he just directly said okay we are done u may leave

Interview
The interview process was quite simple, usually there would be a GD round which was absent in my case. There was an interview which had both technical and HR rounds combined. First, they started with technical, after which the HR asked me a few questions about my hobbies and delved into that.

There were a few basic questions about blast furnaces, then about my hobbies and interests. I was also asked about my steel plant visit and what I learned from there. Whatever you re writing on your resume, be thorough with it.

Interview
At the end of internship, there was an evaluation round of the project on the basis of that PPO was extended. The internship was for a period of 8 weeks. We had to work on project assigned to us based on our department.
