This process was followed specifically for Campus Selection Rounds. Candidates were shortlisted based on the CV and were called in for a case discussion. The Case given to the group I was a part of, was marketing & promotion for retail channels

It was an online interview and questions were relatred to basics of mining like explosives, drilling, blasting, ventilation and they were very friendly and also the hr was good . overall a great experience
