The first interview was quite quick and with a medium sized group with a foreigner developer. It was mostly focused on the english speaking skills and eagerness to learn new things.

What kind of OOP language I had experience with, and If I was eager to learn new things.
Low key acess, no proper interview rooms or slots. Company standards are good but salary is very low for the role. And no one site offers, promotions or hike. But job stability is very high.

It was good,they were asked about the projects,skills, technologies placed in resume,there will be both technical and manager round at once and next who performed well can be upgraded to hr round.
