Interview
The interview process is pretty standard. They have the screening round where they ask you some basic questions about your experience, your desired pay scale and interview availability.
Once done, they schedule an interview for a technical discussion, where a panel of 4 or 5 will assess your skills and past experiences. In my case, they asked me to write a logic for an SQL problem and asked about Azure and its services.
Next, a client interview will take place. Again, on the lines of your experience.

One key question they focused on was explaining my recent project in detail — especially how I handled data ingestion, transformation, and reporting using SQL, Azure services, and Power BI, along with the challenges I faced and how I solved them.
