Applied online, got a call within a few days to schedule an in-store interview. The interview was with a team lead/manager and lasted about 20–30 minutes. Questions were mostly about teamwork, customer service, and availability. Very straightforward and friendly. If selected, they run a background check before orientation.

Easy, prepare behavioral questions. All you have to do is practice for a day. Prepare for the video interview. Then they will call you for a phone interview. Next is orirtentaion.
It was swift and easy. It was online and recorded and some people don’t like that but I personally enjoyed it. They ask a couple of questions and give you time to prepare and then record your answer with up to three attempts. Nice overall
