Target's interviews are the most challenging I have ever seen. All candidates had a Panel interview with multiple team leaders, two interviews with Executive team leaders, one interview with the store team leader, and a brief phone interview with the district team leader. Aside from the phone interview, each session consisted of five to eight detailed situational questions with answers consisting of a summary, action, and outcome. The whole process from application to notification of approval for the position took about five weeks. It's definitely a challenging process, and was a learning experience in itself.
