Target Team Leader interview questions

It was pleasant. Recruiter was very nice and personable. She explained the job in detail along with the benefits of working there. It was a 30 minute phone interview. She was very thorough with her questions

Really confused. I was interviewed by an ETL. The interview went well and she was going to speak to the STL to get me a second interview but came back 10 minutes later and said he left. She said she had other interviews and that she would be in touch. Then I get an email at 3:40am saying that I was not being considered anymore. Ageism at it's finest.
