Target Team Lead interview questions

They made me wait over 30 minutes for my interview even though I had arrived on time. I thought about just leaving but just as I was about to, the hiring manager comes out. They barely even gave me an apology and we proceed to the interview. After the interview he tells me that they already had internal employees in mind for the job. They were completely unprofessional and wasted my time.

1 video interview, 1 in-person with Store Director and ETL. Mostly about your experience and how you handle pressure and motivate team members to follow your leadership. As long as you have the experience and feel qualified, the interviews are easy as your answers should come naturally from your experience.
