Video interview where you record yourself answering interview questions. Very straightforward and the system they use is very helpful. There are also options to do in person interviews as well, especially if you’re going for a higher position in the store

It was during covid times so I did not have an in-person or even video call. I had to use a link they sent and it would prompt up the questions, then it would record me answering the interview questions.
