Target Style Consultant interview questions

It was pretty standard asking some questions on how to style some guest and their event they were shopping for. When did you exceed a customer’s expectactions? How do you finish a task while helping a customer at the same time?

I got called to set up an interview. It was an in person interview with one of the ETLs. Went through basic questions about customer service, availability, and future goals. They really wanted to make sure you were comfortable with guest service and time management.
