Target Security Guard interview questions

They asked why target. They mainly wanted to convey how much of a family they are and how everything works. They wanted to know how many hours I could work. They gave me the job.

It was simple: I had a virtual interview and then a phone interview. It took about 2 weeks to get the job. The virtual consists of 6-8 scenario questions, which demonstrate a person behavior and action, and the phone interview consists of more scenarios but an understanding of how to solve issues.
