Sit down formal, went into private room and the whole process lasted about 30 minutes. They were very friendly and also incorporated the option to ask them any questions I may have had

The interview was relatively casual. It took place within the in store cafe (starbucks) and was a one-on-one with a hiring or management representative. My interviewer made it a low key, low pressure environment, but this may differ depending on who the interviewer is.
