Target Sales Associate interview questions

Pretty basic interview process. My only gripe is they post that they're hiring and then you'll waste time applying only to find out they are in fact not hiring and by their own admission 'keeping a stack of future potential applicants on file'.

I applied online and I received an interview a few weeks after applying. Interview was very straightforward. I received an offer within the next week, but declined because the work schedule does not align with my current schedule.
