Target Sales Associate interview questions

The interview process for the sales associate position was fairly straightforward and not very challenging. The questions were mostly about previous customer service experience and availability. Took a phone interview and then in person interview.

Spoke with the manager about the position of sales associate in the kid's section. It went well. The manager was cordial and explained the whole interview process to me. She explained the expectations of the job and how I could move up the career ladder.
