I arrived and was told to sit in the break room until they were ready for me. This took about 15 minutes, which was slightly frustrating. Once I was finally called in, I had a short conversation with the interviewer, which made him feel like more of a friend, and this was comforting. Interview was not too difficult. My profile that I had filled out on the Target site was glanced over to make sure the information was correct, and then the "actual interview" began. All of the questions were behavioral questions. None were difficult, and the interview went very well. There were around 40 other applicants, however, and I did not have the experience that others had, so I did not get the job.
