I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Target (Dallas, TX) in Jun 2017
Interview
Interview was laid back, about 30 min, asked questions about previous experience, how long I will be available for. It was a 1:1 interview, but I was also introduced to others working in the office.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Target (Des Moines, IA) in Nov 2018
Interview
Very fast, group interview. We watched a company video and answered questions. Then we were separated and were each asked more individual questions by the manager on duty. The process was very standard and formulaic.
I applied online. I interviewed at Target (Madison Heights, MI) in Feb 2020
Interview
Very odd experience. The interviewer was a nice young lady who mostly spoke about herself but seemed enthusiastic and very interested in hiring me. She left to go speak to "Alex". I watched from the office window as she went down to customer service and conversed with several others. After about ten minutes she returned and hustled me out rather quickly, telling me that I would receive an email. I haven't received an email, noticed on Target's site that my application has been rejected. There is nothing negative in my background. I'm well experienced, have a great attitude and I cannot imagine what the problem could be. I was nicely dressed, am very physically fit but I have grey hair. Was that the problem?
