Target Retail Sales Associate interview questions

Fairly basic questions revolving around potential scenarios and how you would go about solving them. Also asks about prior job or volunteer experiences that relate. Total time was about 30 minutes

It's all automated. You record a video. No one cares. Maybe you get it maybe you don't but it's kind of lame. It tok about 3 weeks for a full turnaround and then you are contacted and with a phone call and then offered the position.
