I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Target (Philadelphia, PA) in Aug 2020
Interview
I applied online and submitted a resume, however they emailed me after about three days to inform me I was not selected to have an interview. They flat out said they cannot give me a reason as to why I was not selected.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Target (Las Vegas, NV) in Nov 2018
Interview
Apply in November before Black Friday, they hire seasonally and are more likely to hire you then. They called back after I applied in less than 2 days and told me to come in for an interview. I was interviewed with the Team Lead for the Soft-lines floor or clothing section (which was what I applied for) and then one of the Store leaders came to interview me after that the whole process was around an hour or so. The end of the interview they took me to the floor and pretended to be a customer in which I was to look around the store to find an "interview outfit" then they immediately told me I was hired.
