I have very simple questions about myself, the hours that I can work, and going over the job tasks. Was a phone interview than followed by an in-person interview which was more the same thing, make sure you very professional and honest and have something to say about your work experience and your future opportunities.

The interview process was initially started in a group and then we had individual inter views. In the individual interviews, I received mostly situational questions which informed about my character and personality.

sloppy, I basically interviewed him about the job I think it was he first interview. A little digging and I found out that he was moved from another target close by and promoted to store manager. I hope he has improved on his interview process since then.
