Interview
I got a voicemail from a female. By the time I called back, she had already left for the day. I called the next day, and once again, she had already left. Some guy picked up the second time and scheduled the interview. The day of the interview, I was instructed to wait in the inside Starbucks. A short lady comes out and asks who my interview was with. I explained to her who initially called me, but was never told exactly who I would be interviewing with. When I got back to the office, they said there was only supposed to be two females that were scheduling interviews, so the male who answered the phone (which he didn’t give his name) wasn’t even authorized to schedule an interview. Finally I sat down with the softlines dept lead. I told her even though my initial choice was beauty, I wanted to do logistics. So then I was switched off to another interviewer, who stated he does everything but logistics. There were like four situational questions. I was told that I would receive a call in two days if they wanted to schedule a second interview. Today makes the two days. Honestly I wasn’t expecting to get the call anyway.

It's easy, as long as you follow what they say. They pretend to be really important, but need people so bad that they don't care who they hire. You can just keep talking and talking, they will take whoever decides to apply for logistics
