Target interview questions

Conducted a 20 min phone screening with the recruiter. Scheduled me to interview with on-site HR leadership the following week. The interview was about 40 mins long. They first talked about their role and the role I was interviewing for, then hopped into the standard interview questions. They asked about 4 questions total. Overall simple/standard experience.

Once you get over the online and virtual interview when you get called in for a in-person interview it usually means you already got the job and they just want to know a little bit more about you.
