Target Sales Associate/Cashier interview questions

Had to take a psychology test. I went into the store and filled out the application at there keyosk. Because of my many years of retail experience they gave me an instant interview. They gave me two interviews then hired me on the spot.

You get 3 interviews. If you pass the first one you go to the second so on. They ask a lot about past experience. You will be asked to "sell this pen". Know this.
