Target Sales Associate/Cashier interview questions

It was very easy and laid-back, the interviewer was nice and just asked me about my customer service skills and how they would contribute to Target. she only asked me a few questions but over all it was an easy going interview

Simple process. Great position for a student in high school or someone looking for a simple customer service position. Fill out a couple assessments and went through one day of interviews with two different people. Many people were hired on the spot. You also need to understand because this is a retail position with various people from various backgrounds that you cannot always rely on these people. I can recall numerous times where I would get one day off during the week and HR was calling because someone missed their shift. You cannot always rely on part time employees.
