The interview was very straightforward, with simple questions regarding what-if scenarios, what would you do scenarios, and basic questions about my experience in customer service. It was very entry-level job seeker friendly.

Online video interview; had to record myself and answer questions related to behavioral, personality, etc. I personally met on Zoom with the store director, There they asked me customer service questions. Then I got an offer letter within a week of applying.

How would you help with a guest even though you are assigned somewhere else and you're on a tight schedule?
The interview was in person and they asked very basic questions. It was short (less than 30 minutes). They asked around 5 questions. I immediately was informed that I was hired after it ended.
