Target Sales Associate/Cashier interview questions

Met with store leader or manager. Asked basic questions about availability and ability to work as a team. Simple interview, as they take people with little to no experience. Just be professional and on time.

I participated in an online interview that included approximately 5 questions that I needed to record my responses. I was allowed to review my answers after I recorded them which made it easier and less stressful. Overall, considering this is an alternative for in-person interviews, it functioned ok. However, I don't think that the hiring team is able to get to know the candidates this way. It just lets them know if someone can answer 5 questions. I don't think it gives equal opportunity to candidates who may not do well in this type of setting.
