Target interview questions

Super relaxed. Made me feel very comfortable. They really dug into my experience leading teams and lots of situation based questions. They were hiring me externally, so they didn't ask any Target related questions. However, they really did want me to try and apply my experiences to the retail world.

I was asked to come in to meet with the store manager and then met with the Starbucks manager on a later date. They hired me and I completed onboarding for a day before starting behind bar.
