The interview process was pretty easy and not too intimidating. The girl who interviewed me was mid 20s and was very kind. She ended up becoming my manager after I was hired and she really helped me learn and grow in my position. The questions were not too difficult or complicated - as long as you present yourself as friendly, open to learn, communicate well and seem like you would be a positive team member you will be fine in the interview. Bonus if you come prepared with good examples of customer service experience you have had in the past.

It was a great interview process. The entire experience was easy and the interviewer throughly explained the companies morals and mission. They also were great at getting back with the final decision.
It was fairly easy. Mostly went over availability, discussed some scenarios, and also talked about prior experience in retail. Very quick too. The entire interview only lasted about fifteen minutes or so.
