Target Sales Associate/Cashier interview questions

Interview is difficult if you don't have experience beforehand. It was my first job so I did not have that. A lot of real life examples you got to use.

I met with two different people. Fairly general/common questions such as how would you describe yourself? What are your strengths and weaknesses? Why should we hire you? Tell me about an instance when you had to deal with conflict in the workplace.
