Target interview questions

Virtual self-interview followed by a phone screen from the HR representative at the store. After the virtual interview, the phone screen was a week or two later. The offer was given right after the phone screen.

It is online and took quite a bit of time, but was easy to navigate. There are situational questions where you record your response, accept the recording if you like and can also re- record if you’re not happy with your answer.
