One of the quickest interview processes I have ever went through in my life. Applied on Tuesday, email asking to set up phone screen on Wednesday, Phone screen with recruiter on Thursday, Interview with DTL, STL, APBP Friday morning, Job offer in Afternoon.
Interview asked about strengths and opportunities. Tell me about a time scenarios meant to understand your behavior in leadership opportunities. Research the STAR interview method to prepare (Situation Task Action Result) Have 5-7 Power stories ready to go before the recruiter calls you.

Started with initial phone conversation with District Admin to assess your level. Followed by three interviews with five situation based questions. (Tell me about a time). There are five questions in each interview and most questions overlap in the characteristics they look to expose. Best way to prepare is to think of 10 things you are proud of, 5 situations you would redo of you could. Think in a situation, behavior, outcome model
