Target interview questions

Gave an option to choose hours and promoted flexibility. Everything looked so good on paper but then they declined me later because they couldn't accommodate flexible working hours and my schedule.

I applied for a seasonal position and the process itself was easy. You apply to certain stores and get an invite to record a video for those who are interested in your application. Communication afterwards, however, is difficult. If you wish to follow up after a week, nobody is around to answer your call or communicate. You have to be patient and lucky to get a call back. While the process itself was easy, the lack of transparency or communication afterwards is frustrating.
