I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Target (Sterling Heights, MI) in Dec 2012
Interview
Two recruiter phone interviews, then one in person interview with two people. The in person was done in two rounds. The first with a STL (store manager) and then with a DTL (District Manager). Questions were pretty basic and the interview was pretty conversational. The offer came from a HR rep about three days after. I was able to get a few more dollars after the offer came, but it took another two days to get it.

Interview
Talent Acquisition team is super personal and good at communication. They let you know exactly what to expect in all interviews. Be ready with great stories of your past role for teamwork, problem-solving, etc. Mostly all behavioral questions.
Quick, thorough, believe it was 3 people in the interview from the company on the call. They were very friendly. Interview process was fairly smooth and did not take too long of a process.
