I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Target (Columbus, OH) in Apr 2011
Interview
Interviewer was a supervisor who seemed to have little to no interview experience, it made the entire process somewhat weird and clunky. They simply read questions from a piece of paper and wrote down your answers.

Question 1
Tell me a time you made a mistake and what you did afterwards?
The interview process consisted of me and one other person in a small dark room. They asked me basic generic questions regarding personality. At the end of it, I was not offered the job likely as it was my first ever real interview.
The onboarding process was fantastic—simple, easy to follow, and incredibly informative. I felt well-prepared and supported, with the tour and guidance providing everything I needed to feel ready and confident in my new role. The experience more than met my expectations and gave me a solid foundation for the job.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Target (Waltham, MA) in Sep 2024
