I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Target in Nov 2010
Interview
Applied online for a seasonal position. Called for interview after two weeks. I met with two recruiters. The first recruiter asked me situational-type questions such as "Tell me about a time when...". I was asked about five questions. The recruiter would rate my answer. I passed on to the next round with Recruiter #2. Recruiter #2 asked me questions about my employment background, working with others, and handling customers. After this round, I was offered the job upon the results of a drug test and background search.
