Interview
It’s a digital interview. They ask 5 easy questions and you have to answer. They all have to do with customer service, time management, and teamwork. When answering, just talk about assisting guests. That’s all they want to hear.
They use STARR method for questions. Be prepared to have a lot of examples of past work experience or real life experience. It’s a customer facing role so be prepared to answer questions in ways that reflect you being of service to customers.
