Interview
It was a video interview and it was simple just basic questions. They allowed you to practice the question before actually answering it. There were no technical difficulties. Everything went smoothly.
They use STARR method for questions. Be prepared to have a lot of examples of past work experience or real life experience. It’s a customer facing role so be prepared to answer questions in ways that reflect you being of service to customers.

The interview process was quick and easy. It was a virtual interview with basic interview questions and several attempts on each one. After that a phone call to review the job standards, confirm department and availability.
