I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Target (Minneapolis, MN) in Dec 2014
Interview
Arrive 15 min prior, you go through a bunch of "what would you do" scenario questions on a kiosk. then they take you back to HR where you wait to begin your interview. Then you meet your interviewer and go through your application, qualifications ect. Most of my interview was made up of getting to know me, who I was not on paper.

Question 1
- why do you want to work at target?
- what would you do if..a "guest" is unable to locate an item, what can you do to assist them?
- Tell me about yourself
Easy question and answer, felt honest and geniune. There were two back to back interviews, first with a team leader, then the executive lead. Not long after this I was given an offer.

Interview
Easy, quick, to the point. Not as stressful as I imagined. Initial interview followed by two more. Final interview was with HR ETL. It was a pleasant experience. I would recommend to prepare, but not over prepare.
