I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Target in Jul 2008
Interview
I applied online, and got a call in about a weeks time. Came in for a 1:1 interview; pretty easy questions about my personality, job experiences, and what position I was looking for, hours, etc.
They had to do a background check and drug test but I was asked to work there.
I decided not to because another job I applied for had better pay.
