I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Target in Dec 2009
Interview
Initially talked to a recruiter at a career fair and emphasized my leadership experience. It seemed this was an important aspect of Target. They wanted to know what situations I have been a leader. The next step after the screening at the career fair was the first round of interviews, which consisted of behavioral style questions. Much of the emphasis of the questions was about leadership, conflict resolution, and working with coworkers. After this was an aptitude test, which was quite simple. Some scheduling questions, basic math, and "how would you hand this situation" questions. The final interview was held at a later date with another person, but was very similar questions to the first round interview.

I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Target (Charlotte, NC)
Interview
It was a two step interview process. Personable and you are able to interview with not only your direct managers but theirs as well. Provides transparency into your new team. My interview was virtual because I was moving to the area, but I'm sure they do in person for local folks.
