The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Target (Boulder, CO) in Nov 2009
Interview
Two interviews:
1. two people asked behavioral questions about my past(maybe like 10)
2. two people asked more behavioral based questions(one person asking the other writing)
These were all on the same day because they came to my school. Got done with one and then went right into the next one.
The 2nd group was cool and we vibed well I thought.
I was very professional with them, doing what was asked right away(ie. applying online) and sent thank you notes and what else you're supposed to do but they chose not to even be professional by not even sending me an email me to say that I didn't get the job.
The next part was a test with analytical problems and personality test and how I'd react to certain situations at work(ie. firings, motivation...).

Question 1
Describe a time when you had a win-win situation and you convinced the other person to go with your choice.
Got the interview from a career fair. Met with one person who handled hiring and had a great conversation and had one other phone interview. Asked me relevant questions and I was excited about the role

Question 1
What do you think would make you a good fit for this role?
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Target (Charlotte, NC)
Interview
It was a two step interview process. Personable and you are able to interview with not only your direct managers but theirs as well. Provides transparency into your new team. My interview was virtual because I was moving to the area, but I'm sure they do in person for local folks.
