I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Target (Victorville, CA)
Interview
I applied online. I got a call for the HR the following week. We setup a interview three days later. When I got there I was told to wait in the break room and I sat there for a good 15 minutes. Then the some lady came in and got me for the interview and asked my some questions about availability and "tell me a time" questions. After that she said they would give me a second interview and told me to wait in the break room again. After like 5 minutes a tall guy called my name and took me for a second interview. he basically asked me the same questions but gave me 2 scenario type questions. Like what would you do if you couldn't find a customers shoe size. He said i did a good job and asked me to wait in the break room again. Two minutes later I was offered a job.

Question 1
If a customer is looking for a shoe but we no longer carry the size or make what would you do?
Was just a quick 10 minute call from the store manager, didn't take long at all. He asked if I had the availability he was looking for and if I could be punctual. Smooth process
It was overall very brief from applying to hearing back. Was just a day of meeting with a couple managers and talking through a cashier job. Nothing too out of the ordinary for a role like this.
It was interesting. Not hard at all, straightforward, and pretty open people. It was an okay interview and what you’d typically expect. So don’t stress stress it, I mean kinda try your best
