The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Target (Charlotte, NC) in Sep 2009
Interview
I was contacted by the HR Rep, a week later I had a interview. Someone very rude helped me at the customer service desk. The process took about an hour. Consisted of two interviews. One with a team member, one with a manager. They asked me a few questions, then asked me if I had any questions. I asked the pay, then they said they would be in touch by Monday. That Friday, I received an AUTOMATED EMAIL saying they were unable to offer me a position. I am pretty sure I answered the interview questions well, and I am very qualified for the position I was applying for. Good Luck with this company.
