I completed the online application and within a few (2-3) days. The interview was amazing - it was so laid back and more of a conversation than a formal interview. they do an excellent job of making sure you are comfortable

Why do you want to work at target?
What would you do if you rang an item up to be 20$ but a customer insisted it was 18$
Name a time when you made a mistake and how did you handle it
Was just a quick 10 minute call from the store manager, didn't take long at all. He asked if I had the availability he was looking for and if I could be punctual. Smooth process
It was overall very brief from applying to hearing back. Was just a day of meeting with a couple managers and talking through a cashier job. Nothing too out of the ordinary for a role like this.
It was interesting. Not hard at all, straightforward, and pretty open people. It was an okay interview and what you’d typically expect. So don’t stress stress it, I mean kinda try your best
