On campus interviews consisted of many rounds, where you had at least 2 interviewers each time. This was for a trainee role, so they were eager to fill it with someone good for corporate life, so I was glad they were straight forward with me. I mentioned I wanted my own business one day during my second to last interview, and the interviewer told me not to mention plans of entrepreneurship to the next round.
Simple interview like a conversational phone call. Waiting to hear from another recruiter to continue the process. Asked simple STAR questions, why I wanted to work for Target, and relevant experience

Question 1
Why target? Relevant experience and times I was a leader
The interview was situational based questions where they were looking for a specific situation, the action taken during the situation, then the outcome. It was very conversational in nature. They asked what motivates you and what word you would choose to describe yourself.
