I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Target (Santa Clara, CA) in Feb 2013
Interview
They first make you take an online assessment on their career page, which can take up to 2 hours. I overlooked this process, which might have cost me the position. They did call me in for an onsite interview, which was just a typical behavioral interview, and was not too difficult, but they emailed me the next day. I was denied and did not get to move on in the application process, but there was no feedback or specific reasons why and the email also said that they could not offer any feedback. It seemed like an unorganized process, and unfair to the prospects that they seemed interested in.

Question 1
When was a time where you had a boss that demanded too much from you and how did you handle the problem?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Target in May 2012
Interview
Was first contacted by a campus recruiter. Did a phone interview. Had an in store interview and was told I was the perfect candidate for the position. Had another in store interview with another manager and they agreed. Had an interview with the Regional manger and it was the most unprofessional interview I've ever had. He was in sweatpants and a sweatshirt and asked more about my personal life, sports teams, and personal interests then my resume or experiences. Then after he told me that the region was full.

Question 1
Situational based questions with random questions about my personal life and movies.
I had an interview with an ETL followed by an interview with a DTL weeks later. Both were all behavioral questions. Show up on time and be confident with your answers and you will do great. All of the people that interviewed me were very nice and professional. It was easy to talk to them.
