Target Guest Advocate interview questions

During the pandemic, I was on the hunt for a job, i saw a position open and went for it. The application took around 20 mins for me. Within the same day I got an email asking to schedule an interview and by the following week I was there for the interview.

Applied online and offered an interview two days later via email. Brief interview - maybe twenty minutes at most with who I'm assuming was a manager. I'm aware Target typically conducts several interviews but this was my only one as they were urgently hiring seasonal employees.
