Target Guest Advocate interview questions

The interview overall seemed okay, but be prepared to answer a lot of scenario questions and follow up questions. May seem intense in the moment. The interview is about an hour long so make sure to get there early as well.

Entirely Online with one automated interview and one phone interview. Overall there were minimal barriers to get the position, since it’s an entry job mainly for teenagers. However, I was offered the position after applying for a different one.
