Target Guest Advocate interview questions

The interview was entirely online. Basically, they play prerecorded interview questions in video format, and they begin recording you for your response. They let you retake around 2 times, and you have a time limit for each question.

Simple and easy, one conversation and they also ask you how much you can work. Make sure to align your availability with store needs, as this will determine whether you can be a good fit for the store. Be direct with this question, and you should be just fine.
